Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts professional to join our team. As an Accounts team member, you will play a key role in managing the financial activities of our company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, preparing financial statements, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. Your expertise in financial analysis and attention to detail will contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organization.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, industry trends, and best practices to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with integrity and discretion.
